PayerFit is not an insurance company, insurance agent, or insurance broker. We don't sell, offer, or administer insurance, and nothing we provide is insurance or an insurance benefit. We don't bill insurers, file claims, or handle payments between you and any network.
What we do
We review which insurance, Medicare, Medicaid, and corporate wellness fitness networks may fit your business, prepare applications and related paperwork for networks you choose to join, and help set up check-in tracking. You make every final decision and sign every agreement yourself.
No guarantees
Networks decide whether to approve you, what they pay, and when their terms change. We don't guarantee approval, payment rates, revenue, member counts, or any other result. Any figures on this site are published or reported numbers, may be out of date, and vary by plan and region.
Not legal, tax, or financial advice
Our work and the content on this site are general business information. They are not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. Have your own attorney review any network agreement before you sign it.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information about your business.
- Review everything we prepare before it's submitted.
- Sign network agreements and provide tax forms, proof of insurance, and banking details yourself.
- Follow the terms of every network you join.
Fees
Our setup fee is $350, paid once, unless we agree otherwise in writing. The fee is for our time and work, not for access to any network. Networks set their own fees, if any.
Third-party networks
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any network, health plan, or platform named on this site. Their names are trademarks of their owners and are used only to describe them. We aren't responsible for their decisions, payments, or changes to their programs.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, PayerFit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, lost members, or lost profits, arising from our services or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service involved.
Indemnification
You agree to hold PayerFit harmless from claims arising from your business, your agreements with any network, or information you provided that was inaccurate or incomplete.
Site provided as is
This site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. We may change or remove content at any time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
